On your personal portal you will be asked to complete some intake information, so that we can begin to provide you with the best possible care in our first session.

What should I expect when requesting my first appointment?

You are only going to get the most out of treatment if you are working with someone you truly feel comfortable with. During our first session, we will discuss any questions or concerns you have in regard to your treatment, review informed consent, and determine if you and your therapist are the best fit for each other.
